Sterling Silver Ring; Size 6.25 US

When I see this ring I think of the powerful energy rays emanating from the sun and the Moon onto us on Earth, how it powers us and affects and powers our mood, all our actions. Very powerful thing.

Also the name of this ring reminds me of Starfire from Teen Titans, one of my favorite shows as a kid in like 3rd grade, my favorite character was Beast Boy because he was funny and could shapeshift, he was like a druid, he was green looking like an alien and he looked like no one else, which I thought was cool.

This piece was also posted to this website on December 21, 2020, the winter solstice, when we all get a power boost from the alignment of the STARS and the PLANETS. This image is also reminiscent of this, with a circular shape and 4 pyramids around it pointing outward, the pyramids representing growth, the circular planetary objects affecting our growth. This is the first ring where I successfully proved I could execute a skill that 90% of jewelers don’t know, and that is sterling silver fusing. It took me 10 times melting this ring by accident, until I finally got it right, and I fused the ring joint, which makes it much stronger than soldering the joint which would be done by most other fabrication jewelers like myself. Despite the deformity caused by all the accidental melting of the design (really all a part of the process), the ring was able to be bent round a 10th time because of its strong fused joint, otherwise it would keep splitting every time I attempted to bend it round because solder joints would snap every time, I tried so many times, there was no way a solder joint would hold, it was too deformed. BUT, once the fused joint was made, the ring was able to be bent at about 99% perfectly round and it was made so t could be comfortably worn on the finger. This ring is actually not even done yet, so a little bit of detailing work and polishing will be done after your purchase, unless you wait until I’ve polished and worked on the ring further before you buy it, in which case I’ll have updated this offering with a shinier picture and a higher price, because more work was put into the ring and YOU WAITED TO BUY IT.
