Custom Orders

It is recommended that you read this guide, as the procedures for placing custom orders were changed on Sept. 23, 2018 to reduce turnaround time and maximize the efficiency of the artisan.

There are 3 steps to ordering a custom Growavy piece:

  1. Joining the Next Up List (“First Half-Payment”)

  2. Placing Your Custom Order (“Second Half-Payment”)

  3. Receiving Your Custom Growavy Piece! (“Order Completed”)



The Details

  1. Joining the Next Up List (“First Half-Payment”)

    1. Click the “Start My Custom Order” button at the bottom of this page to begin filling in the details for your custom order.

    2. When joining the Next Up List, you have the option to have your name and order details displayed in the public Next Up List, as well has have your name appear as “Anonymous” and/or have your order details replaced with a “*” so as not to reveal your identity or spoil a surprise gift for a loved one. You can also choose to have Fortune, the Artisan of Growavy, give you a shoutout on IG or FB!

    3. Your order total and first half-payment will be calculated based on the crystal(s) in the design as well as the intricacy and metal(s) of the design. You will also have the opportunity to add more details to your custom order.

    4. After clicking the “Join The Next Up List” button, you will be redirected into the checkout process, through which you may submit your first half-payment via your credit/debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

    5. Please allow 24-48 hours for your name (or your name as “Private Collector”) to be added to the public Next Up List, which can be viewed at the bottom of this page. You will be contacted via email by either Marquice, our sales manager, or Fortune, the Artisan of Growavy, to be notified once you have been added to the Next Up List.

  2. Placing Your Custom Order (“Second Half-Payment”)

    1. When the most recent custom order has been completed and you are “Next Up,” you will receive a phone call from Marquice, our sales manager, or Fortune, the Artisan of Growavy. In order to ensure that custom orders are completed as quickly as possible, you are required to complete your second half-payment within a 24-hour time period after you have been contacted. You may also be contacted if the person/people before you in the Next Up List did not send their payment within the required 24-hour time period. When you are contacted, either Marquice or Fortune will confirm the details of your custom order and make arrangements with you to receive your second half-payment in the subsequent 24 hours via one of the 4 accepted second half-payment processors:

      1. Square (extra 4% transfer fee): After speaking with Marquice or Fortune, you will receive a Square email invoice, into which you may enter your credit/debit card info to complete your payment.

      2. PayPal (extra 4% transfer fee): growavy@growavy.com

      3. Cash App/ Square Cash (extra 4% transfer fee): $growavy

      4. Venmo (no transfer fee): @growavy

    2. If you do not answer the phone call or call back within the hour, you will be contacted via text. If you do not respond via text or phone call within the next hour, you will be contacted via email. Each time we contact you, we will attempt to confirm your order details and you will be notified of how much time you have left to make your second half-payment until the next person in the Next Up List may be contacted.

    3. After your second half-payment is received, you will receive your receipt via Square (most common) or PayPal.

    4. Materials (crystals and metals) are ordered via priority shipping and delivered to the artisan for the crafting of your custom piece.

  3. Receiving Your Custom Growavy Piece! (“Order Completed”)

    1. On average, custom pieces will be crafted within 1-3 weeks of the completion date of the second half-payment. In some cases, your custom piece may take up to a month to be crafted after the second half-payment has been completed.

    2. You will be contacted by Fortune via text - he will let you know that your custom piece has been completed, and will send you informal photos of the finished piece to make sure that you love it. Once you confirm that it is to your liking, your custom piece will be professionally photographed.

    3. Your custom piece is shipped out to you (or your loved one) via USPS Priority 2-Day Shipping® including full insurance coverage, with a signature being required upon delivery.

    4. You receive your custom piece in your personalized packaging with your name (or the name of your loved one) all over it! Some extra goodies will also be included, and will be revealed when you open your package (or when your loved one opens their package)!

Special Circumstances

  • In the event that the “Next Up” person (the #1 person in the Next Up List) is contacted after the most recent custom order has been completed, and is unable to complete their second half-payment within the following 24-hour time period, what happens next will depend on whether there are others in the Next Up List. If there are no others in the Next Up List, the “Next Up” person will have as much time as they need to complete their second half-payment. If there are others in the Next Up List, the next person will be contacted to complete their second half-payment to place their custom order. If the second person is unable to complete their second half-payment within the required 24-hour time period, the next person will be contacted, and so on, until the next custom order has been placed.

  • If the artisan is available for the next custom order to be placed, and multiple people have been contacted but none have sent in their payments yet, the first payment to be received will be for the one custom order that is successfully placed - all other half-payments received afterward will be refunded within 48 hours, with a 4% transfer fee being deducted from the refunded amount if it was sent through Cash App or Paypal, with no transfer fee being deducted if it was sent through Square or Venmo.

  • No one will lose their place in the Next Up List unless they have been contacted 3 times on 3 separate occasions after 3 separate custom orders before them had been completed, and they failed 3 times to send their second half-payment within the required 24-hour time period. (This has never happened before.)

  • If you would like to change the details of your custom order after it has been placed, additional payments may be necessary and additional time may be needed to complete your order. Please contact Fortune, the Artisan of Growavy, at growavy@growavy.com if you would like to change your custom order after you have placed it.
