It’s delicious, and one Jackfruit is a lot of food, it was amazing to me how one Jackfruit was a meal for multiple people, plus leftovers for another meal with multiple people. One time I was eating Jackfruit with my friend Safa and he said “Dis a lotta food!” and that was the first time I had heard anyone say that, and in that moment, I was grateful to be alive. And so, in making this piece, I remembered that memory, and I implanted into the fabric of this piece, the intention to be grateful for what you have in life, and enjoy your life, and enjoy every moment the most you can.”
