“This piece is inspired by the idea of a vortex of energy, like a hurricane, a tornado of water - purple water, to be exact. If you’ve ever seen the old cartoon movie “The Road to El Dorado,” there is a scene where they drop gold into an abyss, a huge swirling whirlpool of water that seemed to eat up anything that went into it, when really, all it was doing was transporting things to another place. It was pulling things in and dropping them somewhere else, like how we believe a black hole works in space: pulling things into it, then flinging those things into another part of the universe. A wormhole, they sometimes call it. This piece creates a wormhole, pulling positive energy from all the galaxies, and funnels it into your heart. When you look at it, it looks like a tornado of copper swirling around the Amethyst crystal. So, when you look at it, this piece tells you how it works.
