I read somewhere that lightning actually comes up from the earth and goes into the clouds during a thunder storm, instead of the lightning coming down from the clouds to touch the Earth's crust. I still need to do more research to confirm whether that's correct. I still wonder, is it that the lightning comes from the earth's crust, or does it come from the clouds, or does it come from both, or does it come from something I'm not even aware of? Just makes me wonder about life, you know, how it all was created, how science was created, how electricity works... like, who created electricity? who invented electricity, what invented electricity? I wonder about stuff like that sometimes.

This piece reminds me of Pikachu the Pokémon. How the bail, the top part of it, connects down into what seem to be dazzling lightning bolts. And yes, I know thunder is the sound of lightning, and not the lightning bolts themselves... I just felt that Thunder Bolt was a better name for this piece than Lightning Bolt, it just felt right to name this piece Thunder Bolt.
