All sales and payments are final and non-refundable, but also can be refundable if authorized to be so by Growavy or a Representative thereof. Purchaser agrees to no recourse.
A 2-business-day processing period before shipment (unless otherwise indicated) must be allowed for all orders placed. After shipment, please allow 2-3 additional business days for your design(s) to be delivered via USPS Priority 2-Day® Shipping or 1 additional business day for your design(s) to be delivered via USPS Priority Express (Overnight) Shipping, or please allow 10-30 additional business days for your design(s) to be delivered via USPS International Shipping. After a tracking number is added to each order, Seller is not liable for shipped pieces, packaging, or accessories thereof. Tracking numbers are sent to Purchaser’s email (or IG/FB account, if applicable) after being added to each order. All shipments may be domestic or international and are shipped from Boston, MA, via USPS Priority 2-Day® Shipping (including full insurance and required signature upon delivery). For international orders, the additional cost for international shipping is $100 per order.
Prices increase over time with the increase of demand and the steady low supply of Growavy pieces relative to the demand. Production costs, Federal Taxes, State Taxes, all other taxes, marketing costs, employee pay, and all other business costs besides Sales Taxes and shipping costs are factored into the price of each piece.
