Placing Your Custom Order: The Details

 
  1. Beginning Your Custom Order (“First Half-Payment”)

    1. Click the “Begin Custom Order” button at the bottom of this page to begin filling in the details for your custom order.

    2. When joining the Custom Order Queue, you have the option to have your name and order details displayed in the public Custom Order Queue, as well has have your name appear as “Private Collector” and/or have your order details replaced with a “*” so as not to reveal your identity or spoil a surprise gift for a loved one. You can also choose to have Fortune, the Artisan of Growavy, give you a shoutout on IG or FB!

    3. Your order total and first half-payment will be calculated based on the crystal(s) in the design as well as the intricacy and metal(s) of the design. You will also have the opportunity to add more details to your custom order.

    4. After clicking the “Begin Order” button, you will be redirected into the checkout process, through which you may submit your first half-payment via your credit/debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

    5. Please allow 24-48 hours for your name (or your name as “Private Collector”) to be added to the public Custom Order Queue, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Custom Order Page. You will be contacted via email by either Marquice, our sales manager, or Fortune, the Artisan of Growavy, to be notified once you have been added to the Custom Order Queue.

  2. Placing Your Custom Order (“Second Half-Payment”)

    1. When the most recent custom order has been completed and Fortune, the Artisan of Growavy is available to craft your design, you will receive a phone call from Marquice, our sales manager, or Fortune. In order to ensure that custom orders are completed as quickly as possible, you are required to complete your second half-payment within a 24-hour time period after you have been contacted. You may also be contacted if the person/people before you in the Custom Order Queue did not send their payment within the required 24-hour time period. When you are contacted, either Marquice or Fortune will confirm the details of your custom order and make arrangements with you to receive your second half-payment in the subsequent 24 hours via one of the 4 accepted second half-payment processors:

      1. Square (additional 4% transaction fee): After speaking with Marquice or Fortune, you will receive a Square email invoice, into which you may enter your credit/debit card info to complete your payment

      2. PayPal (additional 4% transaction fee): growavy@growavy.com

      3. Cash App/ Square Cash (additional 4% transaction fee): $growavy

      4. Venmo (no transfer fee): @growavy

    2. If you do not answer the phone call or call back within the hour, you will be contacted via text. If you do not respond via text or phone call within the next hour, you will be contacted via email. Each time we contact you, we will attempt to confirm your order details and you will be notified of how much time you have left to make your second half-payment until the next person in the Custom Order Queue may be contacted.

    3. After your second half-payment is received, you will receive your receipt via Square (most common) or PayPal.

    4. Materials (crystals and metals) are ordered via priority or overnight shipping and delivered to Fortune for the crafting of your custom piece.

  3. Receiving Your Custom Growavy Piece! (“Order Completed”)

    1. On average, custom pieces are crafted within 1-3 weeks of the completion date of the second half-payment. In some cases, your custom piece may take up to a month to be crafted after the second half-payment has been completed.

    2. You are contacted by Fortune via text when your custom piece is completed, and you are sent informal photos of the finished piece to ensure that you love it. Once you confirm that it is to your liking, your custom piece is professionally photographed.

    3. Your custom piece is shipped out to you (or your loved one) via USPS Priority 2-Day Shipping® including full insurance coverage, with a signature being required upon delivery.

    4. You receive your custom piece in your personalized packaging with your name (or the name of your loved one) all over it - some extras will also be included, and which are revealed when the package is opened.

Special Circumstances

  • In the event that the “up” person (the person in the #1 slot in the Custom Order Queue) is contacted after the most recent custom order has been completed, and is unable to complete their second half-payment within the following 24-hour time period, what happens next will depend on whether there are others in the Custom Order Queue. If there are no others in the Custom Order Queue, the “up” person will have as much time as they need to complete their second half-payment. If there are others in the Custom Order Queue, the next person will be contacted to complete their second half-payment to place their custom order. If the second person is unable to complete their second half-payment within the required 24-hour time period, the next person will be contacted, and so on, until the next custom order has been placed.

  • If Fortune is available for the next custom order to be placed, and multiple people have been contacted but none have sent in their second half-payments yet, the next custom design that is crafted will belong to the person who sends their second-half payment first - all other half-payments received afterward will be refunded within 48 hours, with a 4% transfer fee being deducted from the refunded amount if it was sent through Cash App or Paypal, with no transfer fee being deducted if it was sent through Square, Venmo, or Stripe (the payment processor for this website).

  • No one will lose their place in the Custom Order Queue unless they have been contacted 3 times on 3 separate occasions after 3 separate custom orders before them had been completed, and they failed 3 times to send their second half-payment within the required 24-hour time period, which has never happened before.

  • If you would like to change the details of your custom order after it has been placed, additional payments may be necessary and additional time may be needed to complete your order.
